**What happens after I book?**
After you book in your session, I’ll give you a call to chat more and get to know each other a little better. I’ll ask a few questions that will give me more details about you and your family and this will help to determine what part of your everyday life you would like to have captured.
**Tell us more. What do you actually do during the session?**
I’m not a fly on the wall. I talk a bit too much for that! I’m more like a friend that’s dropped by for a cuppa and can’t help but pull out my phone [camera!] to take some sneaky photos of your brilliant selves!

Jo and family (4).JPG — **We feel a little shy and uncomfortable in front of the camera. Will you tell us what to do?**
I don’t ask you to do anything that will challenge the authenticity of your personality. I want you to be yourself. I want you to visualise the moments that make you smile. Please feel free to just relax and be present with each other in that moment. As well as capturing the natural moments as they unfold, I may give you some direction throughout the session if need be.
**Would you still do our session if we live too far away?**
Yes! Get in touch and we can chat more about it. I service Melbourne and surrounds. Depending on where, a travel fee may be added.

I take the time to carefully select only the best images for you to absolutely fall in love with. Try to go with the flow and think quality, not quantity. Your final gallery will include a minimum of 50 images.
**How long do we have to wait to see the photos?**
No more than 4 weeks after your session, you will receive a password protected online gallery of all your images. After you have viewed the gallery and told me how much you adore them ;) you will choose your images [depending on your chosen package] and make further product purchases.
**When do I have to pay?**
25% of your chosen package is due immediately to confirm your session date.
**Do you offer payment plans?**
Yes. Please discuss this with me during our initial consultation. We can customise a plan to suit your needs.
